Cancellation Policy
At PandaGo, we want you to feel free. That is why you can cancel your motorcycle subscription at any time, without long-term commitments.
Monthly subscription cancellation policy
If you have a monthly plan, you need to notify us at least 15 calendar days before the start of the next subscription period. Once cancellation is requested, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month and will stop automatically upon completion.
How to request cancellation
To request cancellation, send an email to customer-success@pandago.eco at least 15 days before your next billing date. Our team will confirm the cancellation within a maximum of 48 business hours.
Deposit
Upon subscribing, you will be required to pay a deposit as a contract guarantee. This amount is not applied to the payment of your monthly installments and does not accrue any interest. Once your subscription ends, we will return it to you within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, provided there are no outstanding amounts.
