PANDAGO will not disclose the data you provide unless you authorize it, there is a legal obligation, or there is an express judicial request or requirement from the authorities of the Security Forces and Corps. It could also happen that, as a result of a corporate operation, by way of example but not limitation, a merger, acquisition, sale of all or part of its assets, we share or transfer your data to the successor entity (even during the phase prior to the operation).
